Bridging research, governance & higher education strategy
I am a political scientist with a PhD in Public Policy and Governance from the Hertie School in Berlin, an MSc in Political Economy from the University of Essex and a BS in Political Science from ITAM (Mexico). My work focuses on the intersection of research, governance and public policy.
My professional experience spans academia, policy institutions and international collaborations across Europe and Latin America. I have worked with universities such as LMU Munich and the University of Mannheim, contributing to research coordination, academic training programmes and interdisciplinary initiatives.
In the past decade, my work has focused on supporting research environments where academic knowledge, institutional strategy and public policy intersect. This includes coordinating training programmes, contributing to research development and engaging with interdisciplinary academic networks.
Over the years, I have held roles in regulatory affairs, government, policy consulting, higher education management, and research. In the past decade, my work has focused on managing research and training initiatives at several German universities.
My approach combines academic insight with practical experience in research management, policy analysis and institutional collaboration.
